¶1The judgment and sentence herein are affirmed without prejudice to any appropriate post-conviction relief which may be sought by appellant in the trial court in regard to the issue of restitution. See Barlow v. State, 388 So.2d 349 (Fla. 5th DCA 1980); Pope v. State, 368 So.2d 676 (Fla. 1st DCA 1979).
¶2AFFIRMED.
