U.S. Courts of Appeals · decided 2010-08-30

Applies 42 U.S.C. § 1988

Decided 2010-08-30

¶1*110Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion.

¶2Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

PER CURIAM:

¶3Karl Kevin Hill appeals the district court’s order accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1988 (2006) complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Hill v. Cunningham, No. 5:09-cv-00135-FPS-JES, 2010 WL 1138337 (N.D.W.Va. Mar. 19, 2010). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

¶4AFFIRMED.
