Frederick v. State

¶1This is an appeal from the summary denial of a Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 motion. The trial court has failed to comply with the explicit requirements of this Rule. The denial of the 3.850 motion is reversed and the matter is remanded to the trial court for an evidentiary hearing.
