People v. Smith

¶1Leave to appeal prior to decision by the Court of Appeals is considered, and the same is hereby denied September 9, 1975, because petitioners-appellants have failed to persuade the Court that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court before consideration by the Court of Appeals.
