¶2I concur in the result of the majority. This case is clearly controlled by our Supreme Court’s decision in Lyons v. Bodek’s Estate, 393 Pa. 131, 142 A.2d 199 (1958). Any discussion of the operation of the cooperation clause in the insurance policy is superfluous.
