¶1In re State of Louisiana through the District Attorney Harry F. Connick, applying *927Parish of Orleans. for writ of certiorari. No. 276-845.

¶2Granted. Ruling of trial judge quashing information set aside; case remanded to district court for further proceedings in accordance with law. See State v. Williams, 392 So.2d 448 (La.1980); State v. Johnson, 392 So.2d 448 (La.1980).
