1. “There are situations where, although there is not a nexus between the cause of action and contact with the forum state, jurisdiction may be exercised without violating constitutional due process requirements. We recognize that continuous corporate activities within a state can be so substantial as to justify suits on causes of action arising from dealings entirely distinct from those activities without offending due process principles.
