¶1This case is a companion ease to State of Louisiana in the Interest of Keith G. Foret and Kevin Lavergne decided this date. 398 So.2d 78 (La.App. 4th Cir. 1981). The attorney for appellant has indicated to us that the appellant did not wish to pursue the appeal. It is therefore dismissed.
