¶1AFTER REMANDMENT

BOWEN, Judge.

¶2As commanded by the Alabama Supreme Court in Johnson v. State, 399 So.2d 873 (1979), this case is remanded to the Circuit Court of Jefferson County for a hearing of the aggravating and mitigating circumstances in accord with the Alabama Supreme Court’s opinion in Johnson, supra.

¶3REMANDED FOR HEARING OF AGGRAVATING AND MITIGATING CIRCUMSTANCES.

All the Judges concur.
