¶1This appeal was granted by the Superior Court of Chancery for the Clarksburg district, from an order of that court dissolving an injunction, in October 1813. It was now dismissed, as improvidently allowed; the power of granting appeals in such cases being vested, by the act of assembly, in the judges of the Court of Appeals, or any one of them, and not in the chancellors. See Supplement to the Revised Code, p. 45, 46 ; ch. 41, sect. 2
