THE bill in this case was filed for a division of some lands in the county of Buckingham, and the Commissioners who acted, claimed an allowance for their services.

¶1Let each he allowed five dollars per day for their services. This sum was allowed about ten years ago, by my predecessor, to each of the Commissioners who acted in surveying and dividing the lands in the case of Carter against Carter, called in this Court the Fryingpan case.
