¶1Motion for reargument granted and, upon reargument, motion for an order restoring appellants to bail in the amount previously fixed pending determination of their appeals granted. The Sheriff of Saratoga County is directed to discharge each appellant from custody upon posting in each case of an insurance company bail bond in the sum of $4,900. Herlihy, P. J., Staley, Jr., Sweeney, Simons and Kane JJ., concur.
