¶2The offense is driving while intoxicated; the punishment, 30 days in jail and a fine of $100.
¶3The record does not reflect that a notice of appeal was given and entered of record during the term of court at which conviction was had, as required by Art. 827 Vernon's Ann.C.C.P.
¶4In the absence thereof, this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain the appeal. The appeal is dismissed.
