Milligan v. State

¶1Jurisdiction of this cause was temporarily relinquished to the lower court to clarify an apparent scrivener’s error appearing in the record transcription of jury instructions given below. This matter has now been clarified by affidavit of the official court reporter, and the judgment below is AFFIRMED.
