¶2Writ granted. Relator’s conviction is set aside. Ruling of the trial court refusing to quash is reversed. Relator’s D.W.I. conviction of 1/10/79 is constitutionally deficient, State v. Jones, 404 So.2d 1192 (La.1981) and may not be used as an underlying conviction. The case is remanded for further proceedings.
