¶1Upon remand to this court by the Supreme Court of Alabama, it is considered that this cause should be reversed in accord*ance with the opinion rendered by the supreme court on August 21, 1981, 407 So.2d 559, in the above styled cause, and remanded to the Probate Court of Shelby County with directions to deliver the infant to her natural mother.
¶2REVERSED AND REMANDED.
