COWART, Judge.

¶1As required by Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.040(c), appellant’s notice of appeal was treated as a petition for mandamus to require the trial court to enter an order on appellant’s pending motion for post-conviction relief under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850; the trial court having now entered an order on said motion this petition for mandamus is moot and, accordingly, the cause is

¶2DISMISSED.
