¶1ORDER
¶2Mr. Johnathon L. Kieser appeals from the circuit court’s judgment denying a Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief after an evidentiary hearing. He alleges that plea counsel failed to inform him that he would be required by statute to serve eighty-five percent of his sentence before becoming eligible for parole consideration.
¶3For reasons stated in the memorandum to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
