¶1Judgment as to the custody of the child affirmed, with costs of the action, prior ro the bringing of this appeal, to the defendants, and the judgment, so lar as it relates to compensation, reversed and a new trial ordered as to the issues on that subject before another referee, the costs of this appeal and of the new trial to abide the event.
