Jones v. State

¶1Petitioner is hereby granted a belated appeal of the September 9, 2008, order which denied a motion for postconviction relief in Calhoun County Circuit Court case number 04-139-CFMA. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of this opinion shall be provided to the clerk *366of the circuit court for treatment as the notice of appeal. Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(c)(5)(D).
