¶2Granted. Ruling denying motion to quash information quashing DWI 3 is reversed, and motion is granted on grounds that both earlier DWI convictions were invalid under State v. Jones, 404 So.2d 1192 (La.1981). The case is remanded to the trial court, where defendant may be tried for DWI-1.
