¶1We affirm the final judgment of the trial court in all respects, except that the award of interest at the rate of twelve percent required to be paid by appellee, Arnold Lewin, to appellants shall be reduced to the contract rate of nine and one-half percent.
¶2AFFIRMED but REMANDED with instructions to reduce the interest rate as provided for herein.
