¶1In re State of Louisiana, applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus and prohibition and request for stay order. Parish of Rapides.

¶2Writ granted. The ruling of the trial court granting continuance in this matter, ex parte, is set aside. The trial judge is ordered to entertain defendant’s motion for *113continuance contradictorily with the State, as required by C.Cr.P. Art. 711.
