¶2The points involved in this case are identical with those disposed of by our decision in the case of the State vs. same defendants, No. 274 of our docket, just decided, and for the reasons there assigned—
¶3It is adjudged and decreed that the judgment appealed from be annulled, avoided and reversed, and that this case be remanded to be proceeded with according to law.
