Section 16841 · Definitions

For purposes of this subchapter—
(1) the term “Commission” means a Commission established under this subchapter 1 ; and
(2) the term “incident” means either an accident or a deliberate act.

L. 109–155, Dec. 30, 2005, 119 Stat. 2941, which was translated as if it was a reference to subtitle B (§§821–830) of title VIII of Pub. L. 109–155. Title VIII of Pub. L. 109–155 also contained a subtitle A, establishing the International Space Station Independent Safety Task Force, which is not classified to the Code.
