Abbott v. Guenther

U.S. Courts of Appeals

Decided April 7, 2011

U.S. Courts of Appeals · decided 2011-04-07

Decided 2011-04-07

¶1Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion.

¶2Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

PER CURIAM:

¶3Paul Abbott and Elaine Barker appeal the district court’s order granting Defendant’s motion for summary judgment. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Abbott v. Guenther, No. 8:09-cv-02642-RWT (D.Md. Mar. 10, 2010). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

¶4 AFFIRMED.
