Batt v. Smith

¶1The order appealed from here is neither a final order appealable under Rule 9.110, Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure nor a non-final order made appealable by Rule 9.130(a)(3), Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure. We therefore treat the application as one for review by writ of certiorari and we deny the writ.
