¶1Because the defendant was not conscious when the trial judge announced his sentencing considerations and thus did not have a chance in the trial court to dispute the accuracy thereof, the sentence is sfet aside.
¶2CONVICTION AFFIRMED; SENTENCE VACATED AND CASE REMANDED FOR RESENTENCING.
