Glenn v. Layton

U.S. Courts of Appeals

Decided May 3, 2011

U.S. Courts of Appeals · decided 2011-05-03

Applies 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (Civil Rights Act of 1871 / Section 1983 (Ku Klux Klan Act))

Decided 2011-05-03

PER CURIAM:

¶1Kaimel L. Glenn appeals the district court’s order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2006) complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Glenn v. Layton, No. 1:10-cv-03430-WDQ (D.Md. Dec. 14, 2010). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

¶2AFFIRMED.
