¶1Upon the appellee’s confession of error, the order under review is reversed on the authority of Industrial Fire & Casualty Insurance Company v. Prygrocki, 422 So.2d 314 (Fla.1982). The cause is remanded to the trial court to determine the amount of attorneys’ fees, for services rendered in the trial court and on this appeal, to which appellant is entitled.
