¶1As directed by the Supreme Court of Alabama in its judgment of May 6, 1983, 434 So.2d 780, the judgment of this court dated September 29, 1982, 434 So.2d 778, is reversed and set aside and the judgment of the Circuit Court of Tuscaloosa County is hereby affirmed.
