¶1dissents, stating that the honorable trial judge who presided over these proceedings did not think the incidents stated in the majority opinion were prejudicial to the rights of the parties. He was present and presiding in much better position than this court to evaluate the situation. I trust his judgment; therefore, I would affirm.
