Decided October 5, 1983

District Court of Appeal of Florida · decided 1983-10-05

Relies on 326 So. 2d 175 - State v. Wells · 409 So. 2d 133 - Lynch v. State

BERANEK, Judge.

¶1This appeal grows out of a criminal contempt proceeding against appellant. No written order or judgment has ever been entered in the trial court and there is thus nothing from which appellant can appeal. The appeal is dismissed. See State v. Wells, 326 So.2d 175 (Fla.1976), and Downey v. State, 409 So.2d 133 (Fla. 5th DCA 1982).

¶2In the event a written judgment is ever entered, appellant may then seek appellate review.

¶3APPEAL DISMISSED.
