¶1Order of the County Court, Nassau County, entered August 17, 1973, affirmed. We are in accord with County Judge Tomson in holding, as he did, that subdivision 3 of section 65.15 of the Penal Law applies only to a sentence imposed "by a court of this state” and not to a Federal sentence.
