44 Ga. App. 773

Gresham v. State

Court of Appeals of Georgia

Decided February 17, 1932

Court of Appeals of Georgia · decided 1932-02-17

Decided 1932-02-17

Broyles, C. J.

¶11. The alleged newly discovered evidence is cumulative and. is not of such a character as would probably cause a different verdict upon another trial.

¶22. The verdict was amply authorized by the evidence, and the special grounds of the motion for a new trial show no cause for a reversal of the judgment.

¶3Judgment affirmed.

Luke, J., concurs. Bloodworth, J., absent on account of illness.
