¶2This is a companion case to Countee v. State, 44 S.W.(2d) 994, opinion this-day handed down, and appears to have been submitted on identically the same questions and the same facts; hence it is not necessary to do more than to say that for the reasons advanced in the case last above referred to the judgment herein will be affirmed.
