Missouri Court of Appeals

Decided March 6, 2001

Missouri Court of Appeals · decided 2001-03-06

Relies on State v. Baine

Decided 2001-03-06

¶1ORDER

PER CURIAM.

¶2’ Movant, Tyler Baine, appeals the judgment denying his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief without an evidentia-ry hearing. We have previously affirmed Movant’s conviction for conspiracy to commit first degree robbery in violation of section 564.014, RSMo 1994. State v. Baine, 3 S.W.3d 860 (Mo.App. E.D.1999).

¶3We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and conclude the trial court’s determination is not clearly erroneous. Rule 29.15(k). An extended opinion would have no precedential value. We have, however, provided a memorandum opinion for the use of the parties only setting forth the reasons for our decision. We affirm the judgment pursuant to Rule 84.16(b)
