Brooks v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida

Decided December 7, 1983

District Court of Appeal of Florida · decided 1983-12-07

Decided 1983-12-07

PER CURIAM.

¶1Affirmed. The appellant was convicted of aggravated battery. On appeal he challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain a finding that a deadly weapon was used in the battery in question. We have reviewed the record and conclude that the evidence of the use of “brass knuckles” is sufficient to sustain a finding that a deadly weapon was involved.

ANSTEAD, Acting Chief Associate Judge, and DOWNEY and WALDEN, Associate Judges, concur.
