¶1AFTER REMANDMENT

BOWEN, Presiding Judge.

¶2Pursuant to the order of the Alabama Supreme Court in Hightower v. State, 443 So.2d 1272 (Ala.1983), the judgment of the circuit court is reversed and this cause is remanded.

¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
