¶1Granted and remanded to the district court for reconsideration and for additional evidence, if necessary. If relator’s parole was not transferred to Louisiana under the Interstate Compact, then relator should be released from the Florida detainer. If relator’s parole was transferred to Louisiana under the Interstate Compact, then the trial judge should conduct the revocation hearing forthwith.
