¶1Affirmed on the authority of State v. Hayes, 446 So.2d 1185 (Fla. 4th DCA 1984). Pursuant to the Supreme Court’s recommendation in Jollie v. State, 405 So.2d 418, 420 (Fla.1981), the mandate in this case will be withheld pending final disposition of the petition for review, if any, filed in State v. Hayes, supra.
