¶1Upon remand to this court by the Supreme Court of Alabama, 447 So.2d 733, it is considered that this cause must be and hereby is reversed, in accordance with the opinion rendered by the Supreme Court on February 3, 1984, 447 So.2d 728, and the case is remanded to the Circuit Court of Marshall County, Alabama.
¶2REVERSED AND REMANDED.
