¶1In re Donald Cage, applying for Reconsideration of Denial Writ of March 9, 1984, 446 So.2d 1214, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Number 83-KA-0828; Nineteenth Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, Number 5-81-963.

¶2Reconsideration denied.

DIXON, C.J., and CALOGÉRO, J., would grant the writ.
LEMMON, J.,

¶3concurs in the denial. However, I would be willing to consider in the appropriate case the question of whether the state is required to notify the defendant prior to trial that he will be subject to a mandatory additional two-year sentence if the evidence adduced at trial establishes that a firearm was used in the commission of the felony.
