SAVOIE, Judge,

¶1concurring specially.

¶2This special concurrence is written to acknowledge that plaintiffs, Joseph W. Guerin, Sr., Thomas D. Guerin, and Nancy Guerin Couvillion, may have a right to collation under the provisions of R.C.C. 1248. Since the Succession of Joseph H. Guerin has been opened, plaintiffs’ rights, if any, would exist in that proceeding. Nothing in this opinion precludes the exercise of rights extant under R.C.C. 1248.
