Griffin v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida · decided 1984-05-02

Decided 1984-05-02

PER CURIAM.

¶1Although we conclude that the trial court erred in admitting a roll of coins into evidence at defendant’s robbery trial, we find that the error was harmless in light of the overwhelming evidence of the defendant’s participation in the crime. See Sections 59.041 and 924.33, Florida Statutes (1983). Accordingly, the defendant’s conviction and sentences are affirmed.

GLICKSTEIN and HURLEY, JJ., concur. WALDEN, J., dissents without opinion.
