People v. Dodson

¶1Judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 6, 1973, modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, by reducing the sentence to a minimum of five years and a maximum of 15 years on the first count, and by having the other sentences remain and run concurrently therewith. As so modified, judgment affirmed. In our opinion, to the extent indicated, the sentence was excessive. Gulotta, P. J., Hopkins, Martuscello, Shapiro and Christ, JJ., concur.
