¶1Pursuant to a prior order of this court upon an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered February 24, 1972, the case was remanded to the Criminal Term for a further hearing on a motion to suppress evidence, and the appeal has been held in abeyance (People v. Colten, 41 A D 2d 668). Such hearing has been held. Judgment affirmed. Hopkins, Acting P. J., Martuscello, Christ and Munder, JJ., concur.
