CALHOUN, J.

¶1The offense is the possession of intoxicating liquor for the purpose of sale; the punishment, confinement in the penitentiary for one year.

¶2The record is before us without a statement of facts or bills of exception. No question is presented for review.

¶3The judgment is affirmed.
