MORRISON, Judge

¶1(dissenting).

¶2I congratulate Judge Douglas on his industry expended in this case, but cannot bring myself to agree with him.

¶3When a Court says that a co-conspirator is doing something in the furtherance of a conspiracy when he tells the police of the existence of the conspiracy, then the Court is writing without reason.

¶4I respectfully dissent.
