¶1For the reasons stated in State of Louisiana v. Joe M. Marien, 457 So.2d 895 (Our No. CR83-706) (La.App. 3rd Cir.1984) handed down this day, the conviction and sentence of defendant, Joe M. Marien, is hereby affirmed.
